AzureWell Webinar | December 2026

Tired, Wired & Overwhelmed?
5 Holistic Essentials for a Calmer Mind, Healthier Mood & More Balanced Nervous System
Wednesday, December 9
LIVE 4:30 PM PT / 6:30 PM CT / 7:30 PM ET
A FREE Virtual Event

Join AzureWell for a free live evening with Dr. WendyLeigh White, a licensed naturopathic doctor with nearly twenty years in clinical practice. The holiday season can stretch even the steadiest among us. Dr. White will share how food, movement, sleep, relationships, and your nervous system work together to shape how you feel day to day, and how to support your body's own capacity to stay in balance.
At the heart of her approach is a simple belief: you are not broken; your body is communicating. In this session, you'll learn to recognize what it's asking for and respond with practical steps you can start the very next day.

What you'll learn:
Nourish: How blood sugar, healthy fats and omega-3s, protein, fiber, hydration, and minerals feed your brain and body, plus the role of key nutrients like magnesium and B vitamins
Move: Simple ways to let your body move what it needs to move
Choose: Why your sleep and everyday life choices matter more than you think
Connect: The relationships that support wellbeing, with yourself, with others, and with something greater
Balance: How your nervous system responds to stress, and how to support it
What to expect

The evening is hosted by Head of Education for AzureWell, Chad Kelly, and includes a 45-minute presentation from Dr. White, a live Q&A where you can get your questions answered, and a giveaway for live attendees. *Registrants will receive the replay.

Give yourself a moment  this December to slow down, tune in, and learn what your body has been trying to tell you.
